A leak that starts as a small stain can rot decking and framing within weeks. Our emergency response teams treat every active-leak call in Dornsife as urgent — temporary stabilization first, permanent fix scheduled right behind it.
When patching stops making financial sense, a full tear-off and reroof resets the clock on your home. We strip old material down to the deck, replace any rotten sheathing, install proper underlayment and ice-and-water protection, and finish with a manufacturer-certified shingle or metal system backed by a real warranty.
We work directly with property management companies and HOAs across Dornsife to keep flat and low-slope roofs maintained on a predictable schedule, instead of waiting for emergency calls that disrupt business.
After a wind or hail event, insurance companies want documented proof of damage. Our inspection team photographs and reports storm damage in a format adjusters recognize, which speeds up claim approval.
Poor attic ventilation cooks shingles from underneath and can void manufacturer warranties. Our Dornsife crews balance intake and exhaust ventilation to extend the life of your Emergency Roof Repair system and lower attic temperatures in summer.
